ICU: Video Piracy, Solved.
ICU serves every viewer a uniquely watermarked copy of each video. When a copy leaks, it leads straight back to the account it came from.
Your Videos Get Leaked
Videos leak to sites that don't respond to legal requests, leaving you no options.
Watermarking Exists. It Doesn't Scale - Until Now
Traditional forensic watermarking is exorbitantly expensive and doesn't scale. Our new technology makes new pricing models possible, opening forensic protection to studios that were priced out.
You Can't Shut Down Pirate Sites.
You can't even find out who's doing it. Until now.
Mark and Encode Each Video, ONE Time. Each video is split into a mosaic of short, uniquely watermarked pieces. Watermarking causes no quality loss, so the change is imperceptible to viewers.
Serve Each Viewer a Unique CopyEach account is served a unique combination of pieces from the encode. That pattern links every copy back to the account it was served to.
Trace Your LeakDrop or link your leaked copy into ICU Trace. It reads the unique combination and traces it back to the account it was served to.
One encode per title. Not one per viewer.
Per-viewer watermarking usually means per-viewer work: a server that re-processes every stream, billed per play. ICU does the heavy work once, when the title is prepared. Encoding a viewer's identity into their stream then costs almost nothing at the edge, so we do not charge for it. You pay per title and per gigabyte delivered, and the price does not rise when a scene goes viral.

An IP address is a router. A transaction is a person.
Studios that sue today sue an IP address caught in a torrent swarm, and then argue in court that the subscriber behind the router is the one who shared the file. ICU traces a leak to the account that streamed it, and that account bought the title with a card. The evidence is a purchase record with a name, a billing address and a transaction id, not a connection that a household, a café or a VPN may have shared.
Streams start near the viewer, not near us.
ICU runs on Cloudflare's network: data centres in 300+ cities, with 95 % of the world's Internet users within 50 milliseconds of one. Every stream and download is served from the location closest to the viewer, and there is no single server whose failure takes your library offline.
Downloads are marked, not just streams. Your download button keeps working.
Clip downloads are marked too. A two-minute excerpt still names the account.
Nothing new on screen. The mark is in the picture, not an overlay, and viewers cannot see it.
Works for 4K, 60 fps, VR-length files. One title today runs over two hours at 4K without a second of per-viewer processing.
Running in production.
ICU is the system behind a live subscription platform with its full catalogue marked. —

Show your processor you can find the leak.
Card networks ask adult merchants for controls against unlawful distribution and for fast removal when consent is withdrawn. ICU does not replace those controls; it gives them teeth. When a performer asks where a copy came from, you have an answer and an account to close.
See it on your own title.
Send us one master. We mark it, stream it to two devices, leak one, and show you the account on a call. Thirty minutes.
